How to use eSIM?

 

Step 1: Check device compatibility

 • Confirm that your device supports eSIM functionality (e.g., latest smartphones, tablets, or smartwatches).

 • Look for "Mobile Network" or "SIM Card Management" in your device settings to see if there is an "Add eSIM" function.

 

Step 2: Purchase eSIM service

 • Go to the WHP official website and choose the eSIM plan that suits your needs.

 • After completing your order, you will receive a QR code or activation code.

 

Step 3: Activate eSIM

 1. Open your device's settings and go to Mobile Network or SIM Card Management.

 2. Tap Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan.

 3. Scan the received QR code or manually enter the activation code.

 4. Follow the prompts to complete the installation and set eSIM as the default network (if applicable).

 

Step 4: Start using

 • Once successfully activated, you can enjoy high-speed and stable network services!

 • You can switch or manage your eSIM settings at any time.
